Intersport Okay Avalanche Transceiver Training

Several INTERSPORT OKAY avalanche transceiver training sessions will once again take place at the Stubai Glacier in winter 2026/27.

The INTERSPORT OKAY avalanche transceiver training courses are one-day emergency training sessions combining theory and practical exercises.

Time: 9:00 am to approx. 4:00 pm
Location: Self-catering room at the Eisgrat mountain station

• Ski pass

• Participation in the theory session

• Group training with certified mountain guides

Programme

• Theoretical introduction to avalanche victim search and rescue

• Practical training at the avalanche transceiver training area

• Training under realistic conditions – from the initial search to probing

• First aid and other important basics for emergency situations

Equipment

Please bring:

• Your own ski touring equipment

• Avalanche safety equipment, if available (avalanche transceiver, probe and shovel)

If you do not have your own avalanche safety equipment, it can be rented on site.
